I love the litter robot. My 15 year old long hair domestic cat started using it immediately. My 6 year old tabby won't have anything to do with it. He is a bigger cat, so the enclosed small space may be part of the issue. He has no issues climbing into the little cubbies in his cat tree tho. Overall, great item. I just wish I could get the 6 year old to use it!

Well, this item I was not TOO Happy with it, first of all the Item works like it says it does, the ONLY thing I didn’t like about it is the entry HOLE is not BIG enough for my BIG cat , when he uses the litter box more than half of his body sticks out.

I am disappointed in the manual both in quality of print and quality in writing. The video goes too fast and does not show all the issues. Until I can find out how it really works I am plugging and unplugging. Older cats who were used to littermade automatic are cautious about this one. If I could read the white letters on the gray background to let me know exactly what the symbols mean I will not be a happy camper. The app needs to be updated to 5 g if it is to be useful.
