This cat climber looks to be made from solid wood and arrived on time and packaged well. However, BIG problem. Came with zero assembly instructions. There are a lot of screws and no idea how to put together! Also smells almost like gasoline or varnish. Very disappointing. I did receive it as an incentive item, so at least not out anything.

The instructions are a joke. It took too long to assemble due to the instructions and there was too many pieces and screws. I had to guess on over half of the assembly. Once together it is a functioning shelf system for cats. But it will need to be adhered to your door, kinda permanent which I did not expect. So I used some stick on Velcro strips, but it should be labeled as not easily moved. For this price point the manufacturer needs to do much better.

So cute, easy to put together. There are a lot of pieces so its tiring, but it took 20 minutes. The cats are already enjoying it. This is my biggest cat, hes hefty and larger than a basic house cat, I dont know his weight, but he fits.
