My cat loves this thing! He scratches it, lays on it and in it! It did have a missing piece- but we were able to use something we had on hand to make it work!

Got this in the mail missing pieces. Then when pieces were ordered the entire thing went on back order.

Came with missing prices and I did call customer service and return it

My shy cats love it because they have privacy while scratching, and can peek out. Unfortunately, my shy cats are also very large and strong, and if you have a cat like that, this may not be the most durable choice.

Cats love. sturdy enough for large cat in the beginning, now wobbly because screws are plastic. Lots of parts to put together.
