I purchased this dog kennel before moving and had it shipped directly to my new address. After settling in, I assembled it myself. I was surprised it arrived in five packages, and once started putting it together, I quickly realized how heavy it is! I highly recommend assembling it exactly where you plan to use it, as it's nearly impossible to move once fully assembled. The pre-drilled holes and markings made the process easier than expected. My dog is incredibly strong and has managed to escape from every enclosure we've tried before. But with this kennel, I finally have peace of mind. He has plenty of space to move around and genuinely seems to enjoy relaxing inside. The metal roof looks sturdy, and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it holds up against rain and snow.
