This thing falls on its own and gets jammed. It’s difficult to get it unstuck and the metal bends too easily. I put extra weather stripping in and the energy bill was a little better but this does create extra drafts without them. It’s still going despite what it looks. For only having it 9-10 months it looks like it’s been through a lot.

Dog learned quick. BUT I CANT GET OUT WITH IN THE SLIDING DOOR. so the point is mute having it there. She get into things and destroys. One dog wrecking crew. Can't refund because she destroyed the box it came in. GREAT DOOR FOR CHILL PETS

This is a good product for the price. I ordered de large one and its perfect for our mixed lab Nina, she weights 50 pounds and the she can fit perfectly on it. It looks nice also
