Works perfectly. The cats love coming in and out as they wish.

Second cat window has the same issues fogged center window.

It works, but came with missing parts. We were able to make it work. But dang Wayfair is selling short with their high prices and low quality items. Updates after installing to the door, we realized parts are broken. They were so kind to send a nice little note saying oh you have to have it lined up exactly perfectly on this tiny little line to lock it. I someone who has had pet doors for over a decade. I have never spent so much money on such a wasteful item. Missing parts and broken and then they’re giving me a hard time about it. Do not waste your time or money.

Great window. Easy to install. Very pleased.

Very nice item. Easy to install
