Don't bother with this. We ordered this for our professional grooming salon thinking it was a decent quality. When we received it, some of the corners on the outside of the tub where water wouldn't even touch it, were already rusted which shouldn't be possible considering it was new and allegedly made of stainless steel (a material that doesn't rust quickly to begin with). We were told that the cause could have been the humidity and I need to emphasize that we received this product in the dead of winter in Toronto Canada. It has been less than 5 months since we received this product and started using it, and there is more and more rust appearing even with proper cleaning and care (we clean it at the end of every day with a soft brush and water, then dry with towels). The shelf that the sliding door sits on is falling off due to the corrosion from the rust. Not to mention the caulking that was on the joints of the product when it came leaked when we first started to use it (leading us to take time out of our busy grooming schedules to add more caulk and wait for it to cure completely). We had to take the retractable ramp off because it would retract when a dog even tries to set foot on it to get up. I attached some photos as evidence and you can see where we had to add more caulking to prevent leakage. "Did you tighten all the screws as much as they can go?" Obviously that was the first thing we tried and it still leaked. You can also see the rust on the corner outside of the tub that, again, was there when we unboxed the tub so it couldn't have even been from leaking. In one of the pictures you can literally see that we had to attached a command strip with a hook on it to keep the sliding door shelf up. I will say, there is fur on the tub because these pictures were taken between grooming appointments so we haven't cleaned up just yet. Just save yourself the time and energy.
