it’s a perfect size for my German shepherd/black lab (75lb) , like perfect fit but but kind of a hard to put together, it absolutely needs two people to put it together, no if and or buts about it, even the instructions say so. It did come with everything you need to built it including the how to built it guide, it’s pictures you follow but still a tiny bit confusing at times. I like the color and style of this dog house, however, it is not for a medium sized dog. At least the entry door is not big enough for a medium dog. This is exactly what I needed. Two men put it together for me and it went together quickly. We are very to have a play area for our dog, a great space to work on training too since we live in the woods and fencing would be cost prohibitive. I love the cover since we live in the Pacific Northwest and rain is often in the forecast. We opted to put artificial grass down to prevent a muddy mess. The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entire kennel once assembled is actually light, the three of us could lift it easily to move it. The framework is seems sturdy but my helper’s recognized right away that with the winds where I live once the canopy is on it could, and probably would, become airborne, the pegs that come with it may be sufficient for some places but not here. They came up with a solution of 4 large landscaping boulders wired to the frame so it looks good and can still be hosed or blown out easily. I am hopeful that this will give us years of fun..
