Very happy with this carrier! I’ve ordered several to see what I like. I needed a larger one for my 14 pound dog who is tall. This carrier flexes, which is awesome. I was able to squish it down to 9” high to fit under an airline seat. It does not have an opening on top - there is another Katziela model that does. I was afraid that kitty would be scared if she could see the world around her. But she wasn’t. Indeed, she was curious about everything she saw, and the carrier allows plenty of opportunities to see. The carrier is soft and has a cozy soft warm bed. I really appreciate the straps that the seat belt can slip through and make the carrier more secure. So my dog is to small for the size I bought. I should have looked at the measurements closer. The box says xl but only holds 15 pounds so careful of that. I have a min pin mix.
