Works great! My cat absolutely loves it and took to it in a day. We both appreciate that she doesn’t need my help any more getting out, as raising the window was a hassle. The ability to lock it so she can only come in makes it easy to set a time when we don’t want her to go back out while still letting her come in of her own volition. Also great that we’ll be getting fewer mosquitoes in the house. I wish there was more padding included since the knobs for extending the panels make it so that the bottom is not flush with my window. I installed this on a screen door that had a thin metal section at the bottom. It was either this, or a very thick doggie door, which wouldn't have worked well on the thin metal. It ended up working great, but some modifications were required. If you put it on anything other than a screen, it pays to spend some time before installing it to think about what modifications may be necessary. For instance, there are some interlocking plastic pieces that work great to hold it securely to a screen, but have to come off if you're putting it on a thin solid surface. Installation would have been very quick and easy if I had been able to put it directly on a screen, but it still worked out great for my needs. I highly recommend this door!. Phillip. Pensacola, FL. The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton.
