Shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. The instructions are easy enough, and it was easy to put together until I got to the backrest. Even with two people, it was a pain. This is the only reason I rated it a 4. It appears there is a piece of foam covering that is under the material across the back, and then it was torn so you can put in the screws. Unfortunately, you have to put them in blindly as you cannot see the holes to line up the screws. A couple of times, had to remove some material from the holes to get the screws in. The zipper on one side broke while unzipping it to get to the backrest screw holes and cannot be reattached (like you could with a jacket zipper). It doesn't affect the function, but for the price, it's just something that should have happened. After all was said and done, it's super cute, the material is really nice, true to color and the couch is sturdy. It could also serve as a toddler couch. My dogs took to it right away.. Elizabeth. I got this bed for my dog who is considered a giant breeed, like 200 lbs huge, so I honestly didn’t expect it to actually fit him but it does and then some. Most dog beds never fit him properly or he ends up half hanging off, but this one is insanely big and actually gives him space to fully stretch out and get comfortable. The best part is it is so comfy that I can literally lay on it with him and there is still room, like look at that picture lol. The cushioning is thick and supportive and it does not flatten right away like most beds we have tried. He loved it immediately and now chooses this over the couch every time, which says a lot. I have two elderly Chihuahuas about 10 lb each who hang out in these beds all day in my office a few feet away from me while I work from home.
