The catalog photos and descriptions of this bike rack do not do the quality, construction, and overall aesthetics justice! I have owned a competitor company bike rack for 15 years and have been very happy with the same! It was time for a change and the unique glide-away feature of this rack was very appealing! I was not disappointed! Heavy duty and as simple to operate as turning a knob. The rack slides away with the bikes securely locked in place so rear hatch access can be made easily! An easy push, a turn of the knob, and your on your! Everything is included from the lock to the securing wrench. A snap to assemble and to install. As soon as the hitch is installed on my new vehicle we will be pedaling the sands of Coastal Carolina! Thank you Wayfair!

Very heavy and well made. Folds out to allow us to easily access the truck bed. A standard pin does not fit. It comes with a smaller threaded pin with a plastic lock. I included a couple pics of this pin. Straps to keep bikes secure are a combination of rubber and heavy plastic. All Rubber would last longer. There is also a plastic lock to keep bikes from being taken off the rack.

Bike rack was very easy to put together, but it is VERY heavy. We’re currently waiting to have a hitch installed so we can hook up the bike rack. Intention is to have bike rack on when needed, but not all the time. The bike rake will cover our back up camera. Will update review once we’ve been able to install the bike rack.
