I cannot recommend this countertop based on my experience.
The first unit arrived looking fine on the outside, but once the installer opened the package, the primary countertop component was found damaged. Because the damage was concealed within the packaging, there was no way for me to discover it beforehand. As per Wayfair's request with their quality control protocol, I submitted photographs to Wayfair, and to their credit, they promptly approved and shipped a replacement.
Unfortunately, I opened the replacement immediately upon arrival, and it was damaged as well. I asked for and received a full refund, then went to another vendor who sent one that was like Formica and seemed to hold up better. Wayfair handled this transaction excellently. Unfortunately, it failed to work out.
Receiving two consecutively damaged units raises significant concerns about the product's quality control and packaging. While the design is attractive, it did not matter because I never received a unit in acceptable condition.
I do want to acknowledge that Angi handled the installation portion professionally. When I requested a refund for the installation service after the second damaged unit arrived, they processed it without difficulty.
My dissatisfaction is with the quality of the product itself, not with the installer or the refund process.
