I think "Room to Improve" is the right rating for this product. It is an attractive piece once put together - i.e. the navy is a nice navy and it looks decent but that's about where everything ends. I did not put the legs on as I like the look of it without the legs - that's just a preference thing and does not effect the functionality. It was fairly tedious to put together and I'm pretty handy (at least 1.5 hours)- there are a lot of "decorations" like the corners etc that required many screws etc. and this is not necessarily difficult but its also super non essential and I dont think it adds much to the look. A couple of steps, 1 toward the beginning and 1 toward the end do require two people and it 100% requires a drill - otherwise you'll be at it all day. The worst part is that it is for all intents and purposes useless. I wear a size 9.5 and my wife wears a size 9 and these have to be jammed into thing and dont really fit... if think if your larger than a size 7.5 womens, this will not work for you. Additionally it is VERY tippy so the straps that come with it are a must otherwise, you'll need to catch it every time you get a pair of shoes out. In the pics it looks like the shoes fit but I had to shove them in there very hard and they catch every time you open/close the doors. So if you have a lot of flats and smaller size feet, this might work for you.

Really attractive piece, much better than having dirty shoes scattered everywhere. I put it together myself in about 1.5 hours. You can use the rack in the drawers for smaller shoes, or leave the rack out for larger shoes. My husband wears a size 11 and I cant use the rack for his. Boots will not fit. My only complaint is that this piece is top-heavy. I may need to secure it to the wall, but the hardware for that is supplied. Good purchase overall.
