Perfect upgrade to closet

I crochet covers for these as gifts. I know it has a little rubber on the top to prevent clothing from slipping off. My friends, acquaintances and family like the whole hanger covered. Also giveaway to thrift shops, the crocheted hangers..

The hangers were listed on sale but I was 1 cent short of free shipping when I put them in my cart. I shopped around for other things but decided to pay the shipping. When I went back to my cart I no longer got the sale price but it said the Shipping was free. That was more than the sale price plus shipping. I tried several times to reload it and even though they showed up on sale on the page they would not go into my cart at the sale price. I am not interested in shopping with your company again. I could have called but did not want that hassle either.
