After 1.4 years our tub stopped working entirely. We’ve pulled it out, the control panel is toast. Cannot reach anyone at Aerial to assist and no replacement control panel online can be found. This has rendered our tub useless! We can’t even soak in it without the jets on because the jets are starting to smell and we can’t turn them on to clean the tub. HELPPP!!

So far tub looks great, can't wait to set it up

I love this tub. Sadly, the finish was not properly cured and the bottom developed tons of bubbles. I was informed by the manufacturer that they are sending a repair kit. I asked if I was supposed to fix it myself and they said Wayfair had to pay for the contractor. I feel like I’m getting the runaround. Even leaving this review was difficult. I can’t submit.

After about 1.5 years my Ariel tub temperature/on/off controls, due to incredibly poor design, do not function properly and the lack of support I've gotten from Ariel is equally distressing. "it's your problem, not ours" is essentially how i've been treated. Now I have a tub, no one seems to be able to fix and certainly there's no one at Ariel that seems to care. Long story short - I would highly recommend you purchase a tub from a more reliable brand.
