The box was obviously taped together, after having been torn into several pieces. Parts were missing and additional parts not at all mentioned in the instructional manual were in the box (4 rods - see photo) The weight is too difficult for one person to assemble and move for use. The width is barely wide enough to accommodate a 21” seat wheelchair.

This was a great ramp to cover 2 backyard steps from the house. I have mine set at a pretty steep incline, so two steps is probably not ideal. It's really sturdy. My old dogs use it also, which is sort of funny.

Was exactly what we needed for my wife to get down two stairs on her own. I only wish it was made in the USA and not China.
