The package arrived very quickly and was in good condition. This towel warmer was super easy to install and warms up really quickly and gets very warm even on the lowest temperature set. It has a timer as well but it gets so hot that I only turn it on when I’m getting in the shower and I turn it off as soon as I’m done It’s very nice to have a warm towel and also it helps dry wet towels but I’m not sure I’d use it for very long or on the highest temperature setting. But as long as you use caution I’d definitely recommend it.
