I had to return the product as it didn't align with my piping.

After not even 6 months the shower head is no longer functioning properly. We had it professionally installed and everything worked fine for a few months. Then it started to not switch properly between handheld and rainshower mode. Now it wont change to just rainshower. Very disappointing purchase.

This is an extraordinary showerhead. It was easy to assemble and a high quality product coming with everything needed. Our whole house is Delta faucet products and we highly recommend. State of the art luxury product worth its comparably high cost. Be creative, if necessary, to get the 2.50GPM version Even if the water feed to the 2.50GPM shower heads is restricted to 1.75GPM, the 2.50GPM version will deliver a better shower experience than the 1.75GPM version, A good rain shower from the large head and a pulsating spray from the smaller head will work simultaneously sufficiently albeit not at maximum capability. If you have hard water, opt for the Lumicoat finish.
