We ordered beams for our remodel. We ordered the rough cedar prepped for paint or stain. We had a local painter stain the beams. They are very realistic looking and are a great accent to the room.

Opened a wall between the living room and dining/living room and installed beam in opening. Product was light and I could install by myself. Will use this product again in the future. Realistic looking. I was able to stain to match flooring.

seen a wooden beam light in a high end home on zillow and said i can make that... searched out foe wood beams and came across this company ordered 3 6' fake wood beams and cut 45* angles glued and stapled them together added wires through the beams for 14 lights put eyelet bolts in the corners and filled the cavity with a spray can foam to secure them had to blend in uneven corners because of style of grain i went with touched up the paint using browns and blacks to hide cuts and hung it from the ceiling in my dinning room. wired it up and custom dinning room light since then i added pine needle garland on top of beams and got some old 1940's barbed wire from a field to wrap lengths around beams to make beams appear old from a field also... looks great product was good, little on the pricy side and had some scuffs i had to cover up but all in all good product
