Looks good and well made. I cant wait to use it. It fits the gap between the faucet and sopa dispenser however I think I will have to swap the connection of the soap dispenser in and have this rinser out.

The instructions show, and call for, attaching it by a metal washer and nut but none were included in the box. Just as another reviewer posted I will need to find this specific size and buy this missing part which is frustrating. The Plumbing connection looks easy with included parts. My other concern with this item is that there is no cover to it, unlike other more expensive models. This means that small hands or by accident if something should fall on it then myself, the upper cabinet, and wall will be showered with a blast of water. Be sure to check the placement under the sink because where I wanted to install it has support brackets and a metal lip on my under mount sink. After several attempts I found a place to install it but have to wait for the granite countertop to be cut by the installer.

I’ve wanted one of these for awhile. My only gripe is that I have one of those hideous stone sinks from the 90’s. It’s extremely difficult to install this with where the hole was on my over mount sink. I did it alone. After I shut the water off it took a bit to get the supply line detached, but it had teflon tape (plumbers tape) on it. I opted to wrap the splitter, all three areas, with the Teflon tape. When I turned the water back on the rinser was leaking from the fitting. I turned the water off, unscrewed the whole thing, pulled it up out of the hole (I left the splitter on, no reason to remove that, I just removed the supply line to the unit) wrapped the threads in plumbers tape, dropped it back down the hole. I slid on the disc, then the bolt, which the package says it metal but it is plastic, & reconnected the supply line. I turned the water back on & it wasn’t dropping anymore. I took off a star because I would recommend Teflon tape (plumbers tape) wrapped on all the threads before you attach the bolts & because the bolt said it was metal, but it’s plastic. The unit is heavy & it works well. I’m very happy with it overall. The instructions were clear, pictures were good. The installation was difficult because of my sink, that’s not the rinser’s fault . The only recommendation is definitely wrap all the threaded parts with plumbers tape. I have a picture of how to wrap the threads, do this to the splitter & the piece that drops into the hole on your sink. It won’t drip with the plumbers tape.

Neat sink accessory. It works great for tea cups and mugs. Drains into the sink well. Also works for small water bottles. Easy to use and kids can use it to rinse their many used glasses. Install was a little tricky, but we figured it out. I recommend it.

I have needed this my whole life! It’s amazing! It washes bottles and cups better than my dishwasher! My kids think this is amazing too! It was super easy to connect! It’s made of a sturdy metal and seems like it will hold up good! I love it!
