Excellent towel rack. Nice, luxe, hotel-quality. The first one arrived very damaged, but Wayfair immediately replaced it. I just installed the new rack and it looks high-end and is the perfect size.

The towel rack feels sturdy and good quality! I like the modern style and the chrome finish. it looks great in my newly remodeled bathroom. Haven’t really used it yet so we’ll see if any problems occurs down the road.

I Thought the built quality would be better, Grohe is a "High-End" German brand but the bar was not solid and came loose.

The finish looks very lustrous and high quality. We have not installed it yet. Still in the early stages of our remodel. The rack feels very sturdy and well built. We will update this review once it is installed.
