We have been incredibly disappointed with this product and with Jade Bath as a whole. We purchased this when building our home. It was installed in May 2019 and by September 2019 was leaking where the faucet pivots above the valves. After trying to get assistance from Jade Bath for over a month, they finally sent out two new O-rings which they said would fix it. They sent the wrong size O-rings. I went and bought new O-rings myself, and it still leaks. Not only am I disappointed in the product, it has been the most disappointing experience with a company being responsive, courteous, and standing behind their product that I have had.
