We installed this one year ago. It never worked very well, and now it doesnt work at all. Very disappointed. It is beautiful, though.

Looks beautiful but doesn’t pump very well. Even when filled, it gets a little air bubble and soap won’t come out.

The soap dispenser was delivered before the scheduled delivery date. It is beautiful. Has lots of weight. Feels and looks well made. I will update when installed in our new countertop. Gave it a 4 only because a glass soap container would be better than plastic. The plastic feels a little cheap.
