Kit is well made and easy to install. I only needed the spout part of the faucet since the American Standard faucet I had developed a hairline crack and leak at the base. I used only the spout from this kit which integrated easily to my existing separate side valve and foot pedal arrangement. I kept the valve that came with the faucet as a spare. The faucet is heavy gage, brass with chrome plating and nice quality (heavy). Very happy so far!
