We purchased this faucet in October but just installed it a week ago. The letter C wasn’t flush with the white handle like the H was so I gently tugged in the white part to pull it up a little as I’d noticed it had slipped down. It broke into several pieces in my hand. I did not pull hard on it at all so I’m not sure why it would break like this! Very disappointed, especially after searching for so long for something that fit our space.
