These handles work well for handicapped people and busy cooks. The only problem is the width of the handle when installing it next to a sprayer. We have widespread four hole set up in our stainless steel kitchen sink. The longer wristblade lever handle doesnt clear past the sprayer . You have to move the sprayer out of its hole to the right in order for the wristblade lever to get to its 'turn off position.' We did notice that the wristblade lever can turn off the water flow when it is pushed against the sprayer but that is not the complete turn off position for the lever . We guess Kohler engineers didn't factor in the longer length of the handle hitting or abutting up against a sprayer on a four hole set up.
