This barn door hardware is very high quality and arrived with all the parts organized and in good condition. The only reason I took 1 star away is was because there was a mistake in the instructions, which was very confusing until I realized it was a mistake. It says you insert the bolts through the back of the door and acorn nuts through the front face of the door. I first thought I was missing the acorn nuts until I realized the hangers attach to the top of the door, which is very obvious when looking at the pictures. I think those instructions were intended for a different product. Otherwise, the instructions are pretty easy to follow. I planned to use this hardware for my shed but then quickly realized that my shed roof wouldnt allow the doors to open fully. Also, with the spacing of the track from the wall, it wouldnt be ideal for a weatherproof seal around the doorway. Those arent any faults of the product. Just poor planning on my part. So, in summary, after looking over all the parts, the product looks to be very well made and would function great for an indoor doorway with the proper space available.

WOW! I knew from the moment I tried to pick up the box, this was the real deal! The steal rod across the top is very well made, the holes are all predrilled and the finish is smooth. I love the look of these and know they will last a long time.

A very heavily taped up box was received, thank goodness bars were not damaged in shipping! All hardware seems to be provided, though I will call CS for new directions in installation. 3 stars because not one complete support bar, limited weight capacity, so I will be having to make custom door panels. Once doors are made, I will update with additional photos 7262024.
