[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC blows cold air but it is the loudest AC I've ever had to deal with and for some reason I have to pop out a panel in order for it to not vibrate so much. I've tried putting special tape around it to get it to be silent but the only thing that keeps it quiet is popping off that panel. On top of it being obnoxious it also leaks even though it's not full. I've had a few stand up units and none of them have had these issues. I'm going to have to order a soundbar for my TV if I keep this AC. I did make sure it was leveled as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a lifesaver for this ac unit to come when it did. In PA right now we are in a major heat wave all week with temps over 100! This is the perfect edition to add to our living room to help with keeping our house cool. It was easy to set up and connect to the window. The directions are easy to read and understand. It was packaged well but is extremely heavy to move around your house. Once you find a spot I’d plan to keep it there for a while. It’s the perfect size to keep Most of our downstairs cooler and not use our central ac as much.

It cools the space quickly, even during hot summer days, and does a great job maintaining a comfortable temperature. The controls are simple to use, and I really like being able to adjust the settings with the remote. While it does make some noise like most portable ACs, it’s not overly loud and hasn’t been an issue for me.
