Very nice product, well made and sturdy. Colour is a little darker then most brushed nickel but totally acceptable for there it has been installed. The colour almost looks gunmetal at times depending on light.

The spring loaded toilet paper holder in my guest bathroom broke, so got this as a quick replacement. I dont mind that it doesnt cover the previous screw holes but does the trick! I much prefer this style than dealing with the annoying spring loaded process. Sleek design, but the two bottom screws are difficult to allen wrench them tight enough and is a bit loose and rattles when replacing the roll but still does holds up fine.

I got this one after the first one was delayed in shipping by 3 months. But the part you slide the tp roll over is bent out to far. So much for quality control from the company. I also do not like the finish.

This product came well. Package arrived on time and all parts were included in the box. The instructions were clear. However, the product did not provide a template which would have made installation significantly easier. The finish tends to scratch easily and there was an X marking on this product as shown in the picture so I’m not sure if someone bought this product and returned it. It’s difficult to get the small screws with an Allen wrench tightened.
