Amazing seat. Needs better hardware though. Support screws are not very strong. I suggest wall anchors

Not at all happy with this purchase. We remodeled our master bath and put porcelain tiles on the shower wall and had this shower seat installed. Upon first use, the seat cracked the porcelain. We had to remove the seat pay to replace the porcelain and pay to have a built-in shower seat made. When I contacted Wayfair the day it was used, which was two days after installation, they refused to help me because it was a couple of days past the 30 day window. I’m extremely disappointed in Wayfair‘s customer service that their product cost me additional money on my brand new shower and they wouldn’t take their seat back and refund me the money on it, or even partially refund anything. Shame on you Wayfair. (In the photos, the seat before it broke, and the next photo is where we had to have a seat built after the porcelain repair)

Very nice slim design that keeps the area clean and comfortable. Sturdy metal which provides great support and stability.
