It was very difficult to turn. I thought the head itself would swivel (in order to turn the stream of water away from the shower door when entering). Unfortunately, this one was stationary. Also, the water stream was not very strong, and there were basically only 3 water stream choices. I waited too long to request a return, so now I have an expensive and odd-looking paperweight. Very disappointing all the way around.
