The towel ring has white plastic pieces where the ring goes through the part that connects to the wall. They aren't shown in the picture. They are very noticeable on the actual item and makes it look cheap.

The matte black color is really nice. Installation was easy and this hardware modernizes the overall look in the house. Shipping was easy and fast.

I got this pack purely for the towel bar hanger. The package comes with anchors and pieces to hang everything nicely. I decided to secure mine with a command strip because I’m not confident this is where I want to keep it. The only thing I don’t like is the connector piece that is white on the holder. Makes it look cheap.
