I needed a replacement vanity top asap as the previous one I purchased cracked and I was in the middle of a remodel. The item shipped and was received ahead of time but was cracked in two places. I tried ordering a replacement, that was a mess, the wrong replacement item was ordered. I then asked for a refund but they couldn’t do that because a “replacement had already been shipped” even though the tracking for the replacement said hardware and the eta was nearly 4 weeks after the replacement was submitted. Finally I called them back because I all of a sudden got a random email stating my replacement was cancelled and tracking number for a “new replacement” part which only lead to the tracking number of the original vanity already delivered. Like I said , messy. After that all got situated, I finally got my refund. Wayfair used to be impeccable with addressing issues but somewhere in the last couple years, their quality assurance/logistics process turned poor. My last 2 Wayfair purchases have been sub par at best unfortunately.

Showed up on time. Even got a call that it would be arriving in 30 minutes. Then they carried it upstairs for my wife. I t was packed very well and good quality! Thank you Wayfair, 1010

Sinks sinks are further apart than most vanity tops. Consequently, I lost the use of 2 of my top drawers on my base , as the sink basins do not permit the drawers to close properly.

Read the whole review: 1) Product is as expected. The gray veins show well without being too dominant. We were concerned from the photo they might be too light, it we didn’t want too dark, either. 2) delivery planning by Wayfair was a mess. 3) The delivery fees did an excellent job, despite poor instructions from Wayfair. Wayfair had incorrect info on our PO and it took three attempts and no less than eight phone calls for Wayfair shipping organizers to get it right. We paid for in room delivery. Twice Wayfair did not document the need for extra crews due to the excessive weight or the in room delivery. Every time we spoke to someone there was a different explanation and outcome. It cost us two days of waiting for failed delivery attempts and couple hours in the phone. Summary, substandard experience. But the delivery crews were very professional and good problem solvers. Five stars for product and crews; 1 star to Wayfair planners.
