It installs well. I didn't find the pressure very good but that probably is an issue on our end.

We're really enjoying this showerhead so far. Three modes for showering -- rain, handheld, and jets -- make it perfect for everyone in the family. Also, unlike many of the longer assembly showerheads, it doesn't take long to drain after the shower! Safety feature on the hot water is also a plus. Overall, well designed, and well functioning.

I love the look of this shower system. Unfortunately, mine did not work properly - it was either cold water or hot water, no gradation. I worked with customer service (which was excellent) to replace the thermostat valve - it did the same thing. THEN, I was told by Vigo CS that the water pressure needed to be below 60 psi to work properly! There was ZERO mention of the 60 psi limit ("caution" / "warning") on any Wayfair.com marketing information NOR on the Vigo Installation & Assembly Instructions.PDF or Operations Manual. PDF! So, now I have a $500 shower system that does not work for my water pressure. Vigo CS suggested I lower my water pressure (which is higher than 60 psi) to meet their requirements but I decided NOT to lower my good house water pressure just for one device. Vigo does not accept returns or provide money back for their products. Hence the 1 Rating is Vigo did not caution or warn me about the 60 psi limit, but sold me the product anyway and when I discovered the problem during installation, I could get not relief from Vigo except recommendations to change my house water pressure.

It’s really nice but the water pressure isn’t great and one of the two that I ordered needed to be replaced as it shut off when the water wasn’t on the hottest setting. That being said the replacement was seamless through wayfare because they are great at exchanges.
