Escabeau en bois à 4 marches Sharatan

Produit emballé dans un carton trop mince pour bien protéger le produit. L'emballage dans la boite était fait d'un "foam" trop mince pour bien faire. Le produit était endommagé à plusieurs endroits sans compter des défauts (exemple encoches au bois) d'avant la finition. Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

I actually have no issue with the physical product. The only reason it is not a five rating is because, like others have commented, the color is not as dark and rich as what appears on the web page. Regardless, from a functional standpoint, I see me using this ladder for many years to come. I especially like that it has four steps instead of two because the top shelves on my kitchen cabinets are 9 feet from the floor and that extra ladder height makes it possible to access every shelf.

Box came damaged. Left in the rain instead of under awning Not as described Plus had to pay $26 for return fee. Don’t think this is appropriate

The ladder does what I need it to do. The cooler is more reddish than the picture indicates. And the steps have a little bit of a slope- not big but noticeably not flat.
