Loved it so much I ordered 3 more boxes which were necessary to complete one of my guest bathroom floors. Somewhere I read that it was very glossy and I disagree. So dont discount it because of the gloss. There is some gloss but not overly so. In fact, I wouldnt mind if there was more gloss. And, the tile is not slippery. The colors are subtle. The X is a faint brown with a grayish hue. Or, it could be a subtle gray with a slight brownish hue. It would depend upon what your predominant color scheme is. I have laid a box out so you can see the tiles which encompasses 1 box (25 8x8 tiles). I ordered one box to make sure its what I wanted and the price increased 34 per box before I ordered the 3 additional boxes. The tile is absolutely beautiful and can blend with almost any color pallet. When I received the first box, not one single tile was broken to my surprise. It was delivered via a special delivery service, not UPS, and took a 2-3 weeks to receive. This tile would be absolutely stunning as a shower floor and much more affordable.
