We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. It’s beautiful and looks great in in our master bath. You will need an electrician to hard wire the bar and then patch and re-paint the wall. Big project but worth it.. Douglas. TN. Tue Apr 23 2019

Great addition to our bathroom remodel. Gets nice and warm and love the 2 levels of hooks. It was a little tricky to get the app paired with the unit - had to move the WiFi extender into the bathroom temporarily. Programming it to turn on and off automatically was easy although it used a slightly odd logic - have to set turning on at a certain time and then a separate command to turn off.. Kathy. Berlin, MD. I love the towel warmer design but the control pad is so small I have to get reading glasses and a magnifying glass to see it. It also should come with spacers to get it farther from the wall.. Jack. Bellaire, TX. Sun Apr 30 2023

I bought this towel warmer a couple of years ago. I was very busy with my house renovation and other personal life changes that I never had a chance to reach out to the seller to let them know the towel warmer never got very warm. First, I thought it was my electric outlet, but I had that checked and the electric outlet was fine. The towel warmer gets lukewarm, but not hotenough to warm the towels (if you put your hand on the towel warmer it feels as hot as an old cup of coffee that was sitting on the table for an hour, just barely warmer than your body temperature). Hopefully, my towel warmer was just an exception and the rest of their towel warmers work just fine.. Maritza. Jacksonville, FL. Fri Jun 06 2025
