My husband installed hardwood floors in our living room and dining room and we had the pads on the bottom of our dining room chairs. Dust and hair collect on them an always cleaning the bottom. That's all that was available so we were glad to take them off and put on the new chair covers. The chairs slide in so easily. You don't even notice them on the chairs because they are clear. I also installed them on my make up table and chair. They slide so much easier. Thanks.
