Comfortable and cozy. Arrived with a couple scratches and dings but not too bad.

This entire purchase has been a nightmare. Over 6 months ago I placed an order for 2 booths. After 3 months they arrived. One was severely damaged. Giant cracks were everywhere throughout the base. The material part looked like someone took a Brillo pad to it. Loose threads completed this masterpiece from hell. Furthermore the crate was actually filled with gravel-YES! GRAVEL! I immediately contacted Wayfair and the Rep assured me they would immediately send out a replacement. That was months ago. I am still waiting. I later found out these booths have to be shipped to America from China-hence the wait. Furthermore they are cheaply constructed and the seat on the “undamaged” booth is rock hard with no padding. How I wish I had never laid eyes on these booths and bought something made in the USA! iant
