Plateau de table 36 po x 96 po Nelly

This arrived badly damaged. I wanted to have it replaced, but the only option I was given was to have someone come out and repair it. Apparently it will be several weeks before anyone can come. Meanwhile I wait..... This is definitely not the kind of customer service I have come to expect from Wayfair.
