They are sliders and they stick and hold great. Nothing more to say about them than that

These were perfect for the small appliances I had to keep on my counter. Only issue was I had to keep replacing one on my toaster because it kept failing off but I had plenty left and it finally stuck.

It's important to know that these are tiny. Like, teeny-tiny. Like smaller than the fingernail of your little finger if you yourself are tiny. I wouldn't have ordered them if I had realized they were so very very tiny.
