Product is very sturdy with heavy metal parts - not flimsy. I put this together in less than an hour, very easy to assemble. All of the hardware and instructions were apparently lost during shipping, but my husband had everything I needed. I did reach out to the manufacturer’s customer service by email and they were very quick to respond and seemed genuinely interested in helping resolve my hardware issue. Overall I’m very happy with the pantry can organizer and customer service. Highly recommend
