It's hard for me to rate this item because I'm not sure I received all the pieces OR I misunderstood the listing and didn't order what I needed. I ended up returning it.

This is a confusing mess. From everything I read on this listing, I believed I would be receiving 2 shelves and the necessary stuff to mount it on the wall (like it says in the answer to someone else's question). I received one shelf only - the only parts included are to attach to a specific round post that is NOT included. How do I get the rest of this unit (as pictured)? What am I supposed to do with this one shelf that there's no way to install? I'll be returning this if this is all I can get. Please make the listings clearer as to what is being purchased! And how about making all of what is needed available for purchase?
