The rug is beautiful but it came with quite significant pull in the middle of the rug. The only solution they gave after going back and forth for way to long was they would give me a small discount to keep it or I had to load up the 10x12 rug, take it downstairs, load in my car and then walk it in to the fed ex store. I already had to have someone bring it in and upstairs for me. super disappointed in how it was handled.
