Tapis bleu marine / gris Ryanne

Color slightly darker than I was hoping, but high quality and looks nice.

I like the colors-it is navy and white. It does look a little different on the floor than online. I would like it to be a little thicker but it is as advertised. All in all, I’m happy with it.

Ordered the 8.6 x 11 large rug. Got a tiny one delivered. Apparently this is common. Don’t bother ordering.

I ordered this carpet to be used for an area rug for the family room. 4 times the wrong size was delivered. Living in a remote area, returning has been a hassle. Wayfair gave me a 10 off my next order as an apology. Seriously, Wayfair. I expected better service.

I ordered 8' 6" x 11' 6". I received a 2' 2" x 3' 9". I contacted a Wayfair resolution and showed them the picture and the size printed on the label. They sent me the return label and I returned it and waited for the correct size. They sent the 2' 2" x 3' 9" AGAIN. I contacted Wayfair resolution and this time they are giving me a hard time. It is so obvious that it is not nearly the right size. I had to open it this time and send measurements of the length and width with a measuring tape. I have asked how they can confirm that the right size will be sent next time. That question is being ignored so it looks like I will have to go with a refund.
