Area rug arrived rolled but 13 was folded over to remaining 23, which created wrinkles in the backing. I’m using a steam iron and damp towels to remove the wrinkles. This is a very difficult process. A rolled rug should never be folded. Beware!

This rug I just received today. I opened it up and I’m completely unsatisfied with this piece. IT IS NOT THICK and full AT ALL! It feels as though you are walking on cement the ground. I’m so disappointed and lied too about the rug. Compared to the last rug i purchased from wayfair I’m extremely baffled. Now i have to return the rug at my cost which is so wrong since the description was a lie. Do not waste your money. I took a photo of my last rug compared to this bad New one. Clearly A DIFFERENCE HORRIBLE
