Absolutely the softest and thickest rug we've ever purchased from Wayfair (And we have bought several...). We even contemplated buying a 2nd one for our family room because we love it so much! I wish this texture and thickness came in other patterns!

The rug arrived with the packaging ripped off the end and some serious fraying on the rug. Wayfair offered a 25% discount if I kept the rug, but I don't want a damaged $500 rug. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth I arranged to have the rug returned. I had also ordered accent pillows to compliment the rug. Due to the rug damage, the pillows are no longer needed, however Wayfair is charging me to return them. I would have kept all of them if the rug had arrived undamaged. My advice is to shop elsewhere, perhaps that other site that doesn't charge return fees.

This is a gorgeous rug! It goes perfect in my living room. It’s so soft and thick. Definitely worth the purchase!
