I was really disappointed in the rug. The color wasn’t as shown on the site, (it’s actually an ivorygrey color, not cream). The higher pile areas are soft and the lower pile areas are really rough. Then I also noticed it was damaged. There are areas where darkblack thread from The back of the rug had come through to the top. This was obviously a qualityproduction error.
