terrible carpet- the day i received it It had holes, wayfair did not offer a refund or return -instead said the manufacturer would contact me-POOR RESPONCE FROM WAYFAIR, this is my second item in bad condition this week, no more Wayfair

This is a poorly made rug. The fibers are missing throughout the pattern exposing the backing. Awful awful awful!
